Welcome to Ageless/Timeless
Ever since I was a young boy, I have dedicated my energies toward achieving good health and fitness beyond my genetic limitations. I want to thank each of the outstanding athletes that are the initial core of this web site. You motivate me and others that read your exceptional biographies. For those visiting the site, it is my hope that you will be positively impacted by the ageless viewpoint. When asked, “What do you expect for someone my age?” you respond…”Excellence!” George Kattouf

I also get great strength from childhood memories and experiences, as well as my friends and family, both young and old. Life’s “perfect” moments continue to flourish as I see my six year old son, Alex, grow. This week he swam across the pool by himself for the first time. I remembered the endless winter team swim practices in Pennsylvania where I would finish completely “frozen” with blue lips and teeth chattering. I rush to draw Alex a warm bath so he can warm-up when he finishes swimming class. I see him riding his bicycle, still with training wheels, around the neighborhood and reflect upon the numerous days I would get home from middle school and take off for hours on my ten speed bike (the one I bought with quarters from allowance and dollar bills from babysitting money.) The feeling of freedom and exhillaration is with me as I mentally follow the routes in my old neighborhood. Some day I hope Alex will find the same peace and thrill riding his bike. All of these associations drive me to continue an active life. Going to work to train sixty, seventy and eighty year old men and women inspires me to challenge my self daily. Nothing beats the feeling of a hard work out. Use your body, respect it and marvel in the power and energy of being fit for life. CRG
